These supposed techs along with the original person on the recording all speak with accents from India. We have pressed 1 and have spoken to 3 people claiming to be Apple support techs. Olivia from Apple support has called 22 times to my home number in one day (July 3) telling us that they have dedected fraudulent activity on our i-cloud apple account.
